Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role preferred
  • Knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance, and repair services strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable using computerized estimating, scheduling, and service management systems
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers professionally and assess their vehicle service needs
  • Clearly explain recommended repairs, maintenance services, and associated costs
  • Schedule service appointments and help maintain an efficient daily workflow
  • Communicate with service technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs
  • Provide updates to customers regarding service progress and completion times
  • Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Support additional service department tasks as needed
