About The Position

We are looking for an experienced dealership Service Advisor to join our elite team! This position is essential for our Service Drive which is very fast-paced. We are looking for individuals to provide world-class customer service. In this position you will identify problems with automobiles, gather information about warranties and provisions for service coverage, and draft orders for repairs to be done. Your job will be to advise customers on the available parts and service options when their vehicles need repairs. We’re counting on you to develop extensive product knowledge and to serve all of our customers with a friendly smile and honest guidance. We offer in-house training and support as well as competitive compensation. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years’ experience and is a high energy individual who has: Extensive knowledge of the automotive industry and parts Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to communicate equally well with mechanics, customers, and senior management Determined self-starter who maintains a consistent level of outstanding customer satisfaction are must-have qualities for the Service Advisor position. Requirements

  • Two or more years of dealership Service Advisor experience required
  • Must have a proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be in good standing
  • Must exhibit personal and professional integrity
  • Have a desire for a long term career with a growing organization
