In this position, you field phone calls from clients who have general questions or are looking to schedule service appointments, and when they drop their vehicle off at the dealership you greet them with a smile and ensure we have an accurate description of their concerns. You then act as the liaison between our Service Technicians and the client, explaining all recommended work and getting authorization to perform repairs. You provide honest, accurate estimates on labor and parts and ensure that all charges are billed out correctly. Our team members believe that integrity matters! We pride ourselves on being honest and transparent in all aspects of our business. If something does not have value, we will not offer it to our clients.
