About The Position

Service Advisor – Automotive Dealership (Experience Required) We are seeking an experienced Spanish-English bilingual Service Advisor to join our busy, high-volume dealership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple repair orders efficiently.

Requirements

• 3-5 years Service Advisor/Writer experience
• Proficient with NNAnet
• A strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
• Good organization skills and a friendly personality
• Fantastic communication skills in English and Spanish
• A professional personal appearance
• A team-oriented and self-motivated attitude
• The ability to work with little supervision
• A clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• DealerTrack experience preferred
• XTime experience preferred
