Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow processes and work Saturdays
- Mechanical understanding and basic computer skills
Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact between customers and technicians
- Build trust by advising customers on vehicle service and maintenance
- Schedule appointments and document vehicle concerns
- Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate service records
