Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow process and work Saturdays
- Basic computer skills and mechanical understanding
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact between customers and technicians
- Build trust by recommending needed services and maintenance
- Schedule appointments and clearly document vehicle concerns
- Communicate updates and resolve questions professionally
- Keep service records accurate and organized
