Automotive Service Advisor
Chevrolet of Martinsburg is hiring a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. You will be a key connection between customers and the service team while helping drive service sales and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Sales or service experience preferred (hospitality or automotive a plus)
• Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfactions.
• Hospitality, retail, or customer service experience required
• Automotive service or sales experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn — training provided for the right candidate
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess service needs professionally and courteously
• Explain recommended services, repairs, and maintenance options clearly
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Confidently sell service packages and products
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion
• Follow up after service to ensure customer satisfaction
