About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers who need vehicle maintenance or repair services. You will work closely with our mechanics and technicians to ensure that all repairs are done correctly and efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
• Prior experience in customer service or automotive repair industry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and record keeping
• Professional Appearance
• Good listener with excellent customer service skills
• Team player
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Requires a background check and drug testing
• Must be authorized to work in the USA

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle maintenance needs and recommend appropriate services
• Schedule appointments for repairs and maintenance services
• Provide accurate and timely estimates for repair costs
• Keep customers informed about the status of their repairs
• Ensure that all paperwork and documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
