About The Position

As an Entry-Level Automotive Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly, trustworthy point of contact for our guests—helping them understand their vehicle needs and feel confident in every decision. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating clearly, and being part of a team that values honesty, excellence, and respect—both for our guests and for each other.

Requirements

  • Someone who enjoys helping people and solving problems
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Integrity, reliability, and a team-first mindset
  • Coachable and eager to learn
  • 2+ Years of prior automotive customer service experience
  • Current & valid driver’s licenses
  • Driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier
  • Being dependable and reliable for a position that is scheduled for Monday – Friday, 7AM – 6PM
  • Being on your feet the majority of the workday (standing, walking, coordinating parts, etc.)
  • Occasionally lifting and carrying objects over 50 lbs.
  • Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Windows based computer software and automotive store applications (preferred)
  • Experience in Automotive Customer Service and Service sales

Responsibilities

  • Greet every guest that enters our facility with hospitality and respect
  • Present the best solution to properly repair our guest's vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understand
  • Manage the store’s workflow in an effective and efficient manner
  • Consistently and effectively sell our services with honesty and integrity
  • Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times
  • Communicate on the phone in a clear professional manner
  • Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself and our guests
  • Directs, coordinates, and participates in performing customer service activities
  • Shuttle guests as needed
  • Ensure that all repairs are performed to proper specifications.
  • Work together as a team and assist other employees as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
