About The Position
Buckeye Complete Auto Care is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor / Writer Manager for a high-performing advisor who is ready to step into leadership. This role is ideal for a proven Service Advisor who already excels at customer communication, sales, and follow-through and wants to take the next step into managing people, process, and performance inside a busy automotive repair shop. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will work with customers daily while helping lead the front-of-house team.
Requirements
- Automotive Service Advisor experience required
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Comfortable coaching peers and leading by example
- High accountability and ownership mindset
- Ability to stay calm and clear under pressure
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on vehicle service and repairs with clarity and integrity
- Lead front counter operations in a fast-paced automotive repair shop
- Coach and support service advisors on communication, sales, and process
- Own customer experience from initial call through vehicle pickup
- Partner with the Operations Manager to execute shop systems and standards
- Ensure consistent customer service and sales execution
