Sterling McCall Lexus Clear Lake is looking to add a Service Advisor to join our Lexus team. Requirements

  • Prior Service Advisor Experience.
  • CDK, XTIME and TSD experience preferred.
  • Product Knowledge.
  • Attention to Detail.
  • Interpersonal Communication Skills.
  • Basic Computer Skills.
  • Strong Desire to Provide an Exceptional Client Experience.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Must have a Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client experience as a Service Advisor.
  • Manage service appointments and customer interactions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
  • Ensure all service work is performed to the highest standards.
