Mazda of Claremont is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who knows how to run a service drive the right way—high CSI, strong ELR, clean repair orders, and consistent customer retention. This role is built for a professional advisor who understands dealership processes, communicates clearly with technicians, and can confidently present maintenance and repair recommendations without pressure tactics. Requirements

  • 2+ years of dealership Service Advisor experience required
  • Proven ability to sell maintenance and repair services ethically
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems and diagnostics
  • Experience with dealership DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds, or similar)
  • Ability to handle high volume while maintaining accuracy
  • Professional appearance, communication, and customer presence
  • Team-oriented mindset with accountability and consistency

Responsibilities

  • Manage a full service advisor workflow from write-up to delivery
  • Accurately document customer concerns and technician findings
  • Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and confidently
  • Maintain strong ELR, close rate, and CSI performance
  • Communicate repair timelines and updates proactively
  • Work efficiently with technicians, dispatch, and parts
  • Ensure all repair orders are complete, compliant, and audit-ready
  • Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business
