Requirements

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues.
• Familiarity with dealership management software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and address their service needs with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Assess vehicle conditions and recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services.
• Manage service schedules, ensuring timely completion and communication with customers.
• Accurately document service orders, customer concerns, and repair needs.
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
• Ensure that all services are performed to the highest standards and meet BMW specifications.
