The Automotive Service Advisor helps manage the center of communications for all repair activities and acts as a liaison between customers and the dealership. Acting as the primary point-of-contact for all automotive service matters, he or she must thoroughly understand the customer's problems to set and manage expectations and provide world-class service.

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Some post-secondary automotive training.
  • Minimum of one year of dealer-level or large facility experience.
  • Certification by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Strong technical and customer service performance record.
  • Fluent English speaking and written communication skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Professional dress, speech, and behavior.
