Automotive Service Technician Compensation and Benefits : Competitive Pay Health Insurance PTO 401(K) Automotive Service Technician Responsibilities: Diagnose and perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs in accordance with Ford and dealership standards Accurately document work performed on repair orders with efficiency and attention to detail Test drive vehicles and utilize advanced diagnostic tools and special service equipment Inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair all major automotive systems Collaborate directly with Service Advisors to clearly communicate vehicle conditions and recommended repairs Provide accurate estimates for additional services when needed Perform warranty repairs in strict compliance with manufacturer specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious work environment Support team success by assisting with additional duties as assigned Automotive Service Technician Requirements: Proven experience as an A-Level Automotive Technician (Ford experience preferred) Advanced knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and complex repairs Ability to operate and interpret electronic diagnostic equipment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset Proficiency with computer systems and service software Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass pre-employment background screening WE ARE CAPITAL! Requirements

  • Proven experience as an A-Level Automotive Technician (Ford experience preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and complex repairs
