Requirements

  • Self-starter with ability to work well as part of a team or independently
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, proficiency with office software (Excel), and excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Service Coordination: Greeting customers, scheduling service appointments, and managing the flow of vehicle repairs.
  • Administrative Support: Opening, tracking, and closing work orders (repair orders), including processing invoices and managing payment records.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records, inputting data into computer databases, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer warranty requirements.
  • Communication: Acting as a liaison between technicians, customers, and the service manager to ensure efficient workflow and resolution of customer queries.
  • Inventory Assistance: Supporting the service manager in monitoring inventory levels for the service department.
