Requirements

Experience in warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle makes and models
Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Positive attitude and high-energy personality
Ability to read and understand technical instructions
Good judgment in decision-making
Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent required
ASE certification or equivalent technical aptitude required

Technical or trade school degree preferred

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot customer vehicle concerns accurately using the latest technical and administrative tools
Provide courteous and professional customer interactions at all times
Assist in greeting customers while near the Service Drive area
Stay current with technical publications, Service Comm, and Asist terminal systems
Deliver safe and high-quality vehicle service on the first attempt
Address original customer concerns before pursuing additional service opportunities
Inspect vehicles carefully for additional recommended maintenance or repairs
Return vehicles clean and in excellent condition
Participate in factory and in-house training programs to enhance skills
Complete all paperwork accurately and attach necessary documents to repair orders
Perform other duties as assigned by Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, or Group Leader
Maintain punctuality, readiness to work, and adhere to a clean and professional uniform standard
