As an Automotive Scheduler, the individual will serve as one of the first points of contact for service customers, responsible for creating a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience by assisting with service appointment scheduling and connecting customers to the appropriate resources.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience required
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Comfortable speaking on the phone for much of the day
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Excellent multitasking, organization, and time management skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Dependable, professional, and eager to learn

Call center experience

Responsibilities

Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
Schedule service appointments for maintenance, repairs, recalls, and recommended services
Make outbound follow-up calls to support customer retention and appointment setting
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and web inquiries
Provide basic service information and direct customers to the appropriate department when needed
Accurately document customer communication in CRM and dealership systems
Work closely with teammates, service staff, and management to support a seamless customer experience
Participate in team meetings, coaching, and process improvement efforts
