About The Position

Hendrick Lexus Kansas City North is seeking motivated individuals to join their sales team! As a Sales Consultant, you will be interacting with customers and helping them select the PERFECT vehicle to meet their needs. You will be trained to use your knowledge of the latest car models and features to guide customers through the selection process and ensure that customers are aware of the various financing and leasing options available to them.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License.
• College Degree, High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of direct customer-facing sales experience preferred (automotive or similar fast-paced environment).
• Dealership experience is a plus!

• Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with dealership staff to create a seamless buying experience for customers.
• Utilize software tools for tracking sales progress and managing customer relationships.
