About The Position

PAID TRAINING WITH A MONTHLY GUARANTEE: The Sales Consultant will work directly with the Sales Managers to reach their highest potential! Requirements

  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Basic computer operating knowledge
  • Ability to calculate figures and sums.
  • Accuracy in implementing concepts of basic mathematics.
  • Ability to define problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Applicants must have a valid driver's license and must complete the pre-employment screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Automotive CRM software is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Understands the automobiles' characteristics, capabilities, and features; and providing comparable and/or competitively priced options during the sales process.
  • Pursues prospective customers, promote valid incentives, and explain finance options and warranties.
  • Submits customer sales documentation to the Finance & Insurance Manager, along with proper paperwork (insurance information, trade title etc.).
  • Accompanies customers on test drives, build rapport, and answer any vehicle related questions
  • Provides knowledge and assurance to customer to complete the sales process.
  • Meets monthly or quarterly targets set by manager
