Experienced Automotive Salesperson
About The Position
Keffer Mazda is seeking an experienced Automotive Salesperson to join our team in Huntersville, North Carolina. This is a full-time, commission-only position in the fast-paced and exciting automotive industry. As an individual contributor, you will have the opportunity to utilize your sales skills to earn a competitive commission ranging from $3000 to $15000 per month, paid biweekly. We offer a competitive commission structure with no limit on earning potential. In addition, we provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help you succeed in your role. The successful candidate will also enjoy a supportive and dynamic work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of automotive industry and current market trends
- Proficient in using various sales tools and technologies
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with Mazda vehicles is a plus
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best automotive solutions
- Utilize effective sales techniques to negotiate and close deals
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all Mazda vehicles and their features
- Attend product and sales seminars to stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product features
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals set by the dealership
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and to generate additional leads
- Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate the sale of financing and insurance products
- Attend and actively participate in team sales meetings
- Maintain a strong knowledge of current and upcoming models, as well as competitor vehicles
