About The Position

We’re seeking a motivated Automotive Salesperson to guide customers through the vehicle buying process, from initial inquiry to final delivery. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, showcasing vehicles, conducting test drives, and supporting sales paperwork while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency
• Customer-focused with strong sales ability

Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive sales or customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers professionally in-person, online, and by phone
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
• Conduct test drives highlighting vehicle features and performance
• Present pricing, financing, warranties, and promotions clearly
• Coordinate with the finance team to finalize sales paperwork
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build relationships
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, incentives, and pricing
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Accurately enter customer and sales data into CRM and dealership software
• Represent the dealership professionally and ethically
