Requirements

  • Previous automotive retail , dealership , or customer service experience preferred (not required — we’ll train the right person!)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, high-energy customer experience in person, online, and over the phone
  • Develop expert-level product knowledge across all Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and FIAT models
  • Build lasting relationships with customers through trust and follow-up communication
  • Manage leads effectively using the dealership CRM system
  • Conduct test drives, present features and benefits, and guide customers through purchase and financing
  • Introduce customers to the service department and schedule their first maintenance visit
  • Maintain manufacturer certification through ongoing training and compliance
