Compensation & Benefits Competitive annual earnings between $50,000 – $150,000+ Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with employer match & HSA options Paid Time Off (vacation, holidays, sick days) Paid Training with clear career progression Employee Vehicle Purchase Program Discounts on Service, Parts, and Accessories Long-term job stability with a family-owned dealership Flexible scheduling options Responsibilities Customer Engagement : Build strong relationships, listen to customer needs, and guide them through the vehicle selection process Product Expertise : Be the go-to expert on new and pre-owned Mazda and Subaru models, including features, technology, trims, and packages Vehicle Demonstrations : Deliver engaging test drives and professional walkarounds showcasing vehicle benefits Sales Process : Present pricing, financing, and lease options clearly and confidently Follow-Up : Maintain relationships with past buyers to drive repeat and referral business Team Collaboration : Work closely with Sales Managers and colleagues to achieve individual and team goals Continuous Learning : Stay current on manufacturer training, industry trends, and dealership promotions Qualifications Prior automotive sales , retail sales , or customer service experience preferred (but not required – training provided!) Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills Driven, coachable, and goal-oriented with a positive attitude Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening Why Work at Budd Baer? Requirements

  • Prior automotive sales , retail sales , or customer service experience preferred (but not required – training provided!)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
  • Driven, coachable, and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
