Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-service oriented mindset
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Valid driver’s license
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills to maintain contact with clients before and after sales.
Valid driver’s license.
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers visiting the dealership
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
Explain vehicle features, financing options, and warranties
Build and maintain relationships with customers
Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and CRM tools
Maintain knowledge of current inventory and new vehicle features
Work with management and finance teams to finalize sales
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Regular and predictable attendance.
