About The Position

As Georgia’s oldest continuously owned dealership (since 1912), J.C. Lewis has built its reputation on trust, integrity, and personalized service. J.C. Lewis Motor Co. is expanding its team and looking for passionate Automotive Sales Specialists to deliver outstanding experiences to customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum Age: 19+
  • Capable of engaging customers in person, on camera, and over digital channels
  • Driven by results and comfortable working toward sales quotas
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to handle fast‑paced, multitasking environments
  • Skilled negotiator with strong closing abilities
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to perform a short role-play video presenting a vehicle’s features (Interactive Interview Step)
  • Ability to create tailored video presentations for prospective customers (Ongoing Weekly Task)

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum Age: 21 (preferred per licensing)
  • Experience in automotive or related sales
  • Strong passion and customer-first attitude

Responsibilities

  • Welcome buyers warmly and build rapport
  • Conduct needs assessments to match clients with ideal vehicles
  • Showcase vehicle features through in-person and personalized weekly video presentations
  • Facilitate test drives and demo vehicles
  • Explain pricing, financing options, and incentives clearly
  • Handle paperwork, trade-in valuations, and finalize sales
  • Create tailored video presentations for prospective customers to enhance remote engagement
  • Stay informed on current models, tech advances, and auto trends
  • Follow up via calls, texts, or emails to nurture leads and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Partner with our finance team and service department for smooth transaction flow
  • Attend training and team huddles to boost skills and stay motivated
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective strategy and follow-through
