About The Position

All Roads Company is seeking motivated Sales Consultants to join our expanding team at Acura of Ellicott City. The ideal candidates are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences. This role offers a fast-paced, high-energy work environment with flexible scheduling, opportunities for career growth, and strong earning potential. Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are encouraged to apply, and prior automotive sales experience is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with benefits, featuring commission-based compensation with a draw against commission. High performers have the opportunity to earn over $100,000 annually.

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features (valid driver’s license required)
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
  • Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, and process credit applications and transaction paperwork
  • Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and follow-up activity
  • Prepare sold vehicles prior to customer delivery
  • Conduct a thorough delivery presentation, ensuring customers understand vehicle features, warranty, and documentation
