About The Position
Mtn. View @153 is seeking to hire an energetic used car sales representative to join our growing team. As one of the largest family-owned dealerships in the state, we offer fantastic growth potential throughout this location and our 10 other locations. This position is ideal for someone who is positive, driven, and eager to succeed in the automotive sales industry. The role involves engaging with customers, guiding them through the sales process, and helping them find vehicles that meet their needs. You will be responsible for establishing monthly sales goals, greeting customers as they arrive on the lot, and assisting them in navigating our current inventory. Additionally, you will work closely with management to increase sales by inspecting the lot's vehicles daily and reporting any issues that may arise. In this role, you will also assist with sourcing vehicles, participating in auctions, and managing trade-ins for our used vehicle inventory. It is essential to ensure that the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales opportunities. You will report directly to the Sales Manager regarding your objectives, planned activities, and performance reviews.
