Responsibilities

• Receive one-on-one training in sales processes and procedures over 3 to 4 days.
• Access guidance from 5 experienced Sales Managers throughout the training.
• Complete GM product specialist training and take on the role of product and delivery specialist.
• Demonstrate and personalize vehicle technology for customers during deliveries.
• Enroll customers in Onstar and Loyalty Rewards programs.
• Achieve a total of 10 five-star Google reviews during the training period.
• Spend 2 hours per week learning in the BDC department.
• Sell a minimum of 6 vehicles each month during the training period.
• Complete all required compliance and product training.
