Position: Automotive Sales Representative Location: Volkswagen of Danbury Potential Compensation: $50,000 – $90,000 annually Are you passionate about cars and motivated by success? What You’ll Do: Drive Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed monthly vehicle sales goals while maintaining strong gross profit and customer satisfaction. Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Greet customers, assess their needs, present vehicle options, and guide them through test drives and the purchasing process. Product Expertise: Stay up to date on vehicle features, industry trends, and dealership offerings through ongoing training. Build Lasting Relationships: Follow up with customers to generate repeat and referral business. Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the Sales Manager and Finance Team to ensure a smooth process from first contact to final delivery. Sales Experience: Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect with customers and understand their needs.
