Requirements

• No automotive experience required — we will train the right person!
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain a loyal customer base
• Interest in staying informed about products, trends, and industry updates

Nice To Haves

• Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or customer service industries is highly valued

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers through proactive outreach
• Conduct needs assessments, make product recommendations, and coordinate test drives
• Negotiate deals while maintaining a customer-first approach
• Log all customer interactions in our lead management system
• Personally deliver sold vehicles to ensure a top-notch experience and gain referrals
• Participate in networking and business development activities
