About The Position

Tonkin Gladstone Hyundai is actively looking for a motivated individual to bring on as a Sales Associate. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in a long-term career and now is a great time to be in the automotive industry. Working as our Sales Associate, your main responsibilities would revolve around assisting our clients through the sales transaction. The ideal candidate would have prior auto sales and new car dealership experience.

Requirements

• Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Previously automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through by purchasing process by helping them find and purchase the right vehicle to meet their needs.
• Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close the sale.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-energy, family-oriented sales environment.
