About The Position
Sunset Volkswagen is seeking positive, enthusiastic, and persistent individuals to begin a career in automotive sales. The company is a local, family-owned and operated organization that values honesty, integrity, and superior customer service. While previous auto sales experience is preferred, it is not required, as the company prioritizes drive, attitude, and willingness to learn, offering training for new associates. This role offers significant growth and income potential, with an opportunity to earn $60,000.00 and up. Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are considered an asset.

Responsibilities
- Selling new and used vehicles by appointment and to walk-in prospects
- Assisting customers throughout every stage of their auto purchase and ensuring that they find the vehicle that is right for them
- Consulting with customers to determine their wants and needs in a new or used vehicle
- Demonstrating an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction and being committed to providing first-rate customer service
- Maintaining an excellent knowledge of new products, features and accessories available, and explaining their benefits to customers
- Attending product and sales training courses paid for and provided by the dealership at no cost to you to grow in your career
