Requirements

Eagerness to learn
Basic computer literacy
Professional dress appealing to the general public
Good organizational skills
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Substance screening required of all Performance Honda Bountiful employees

Responsibilities

Making customer satisfaction your number one priority
Greeting customers wherever you may be in the dealership
Listening to their wants and needs to determine which automobile is the right fit
Presenting automobiles in a knowledgeable yet professional manner
Answering phone calls professionally and making appointments
Contacting unsold customers
Following up with "sold" customers so they buy again, and send you referrals
Willing to take coaching direction from mentors
Desire to grow through continued training and development
