About The Position

Kuhio Ford is looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our sales team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, enthusiastic, and eager to help customers find the right vehicle for their needs. You’ll work with new and pre-owned vehicles, guiding customers through the buying process while representing the Ford brand with professionalism.

Requirements

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a team environment
• Basic computer skills with the ability to use CRM and sales software
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and positive, customer-first attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the dealership and assist them with vehicle selection based on their needs and preferences
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Present vehicle features, benefits, and options in a clear and engaging manner
• Offer test drives and explain dealership financing, trade-in, and warranty options
• Achieve sales goals as set by management while maintaining excellent customer service
• Keep up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system
• Ensure all vehicles are presented professionally on the lot and showroom
