Mazda Valencia is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Automotive Sales Consultants. We’re seeking energetic professionals who thrive on hitting goals while delivering a top-tier buying experience to every customer. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you’ll guide customers through the entire vehicle purchasing process from the first conversation to handing over the keys. You’ll build relationships, understand customer needs, and help match them with the perfect Mazda vehicle.

Requirements

  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and online
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to generate sales opportunities
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
