We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Automotive Sales Representatives to join our team and help us continue our tradition of excellence. As an Automotive Sales Representative at Olympia KIA, you will be the face of our dealership, guiding customers through the car-buying process with expertise and care. You’ll have the opportunity to connect customers with the perfect KIA vehicle to meet their needs while delivering top-notch service that reflects our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate would have prior automotive sales experience with a proven track record.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve sales goals
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or education is a plus
- Must be 18 years or older, have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting and purchasing KIA vehicles
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values with customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service
- Stay informed about the latest Kia models, features, and promotions
- Collaborate with the sales team and other dealership departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership
