Your daily work schedule will involve answering incoming calls and greeting customers in a professional manner. You will review all appointments for the current business day, confirming appointments or rescheduling, including completing daily phone activities. Managing and organizing incoming concerns from customers will be a key part of your role, informing management when necessary. You will ensure that a valid form of payment has been taken and authorized for the appropriate amount and complete daily reports. Handling customer concerns, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within reasonable time limits using the dealership's CRM, phone, text, and email will be essential. You will develop a trusting relationship with all customers and fellow employees, maintaining accurate and complete information about any customer concerns and tracking progress until completion. Taking extra steps to engage customers when a need is detected, often before you are asked to do so, will be part of your responsibilities. You will work with other dealership personnel to resolve any customer questions or concerns and develop a fluent understanding of the automotive manufacturer's standards for customer satisfaction.
