Requirements

Call Center/Telephone Sales/Customer Service experience preferred.
Internet sales or sales experience in any industry preferred.
Enthusiastic, energetic, and good with computers.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college is a plus!
Valid driver's license.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
Pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Attend product and sales training.
Close a minimum of 10% of leads received.
Respond promptly and professionally to internet inquiries about product availability, pricing, and payments.
Identify customer needs and assist them in selecting a vehicle.
Schedule appointments for internet and walk-in customers.
Coordinate internet promotions with dealership sales promotions and advertising.
Maintain a current customer database for repeat business.
Perform other duties as assigned.
