Requirements

Available to work flexible hours & Saturdays (Mon-Fri 8-6 and Saturdays 8-5)
Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product features
Fantastic communication skills with your customers and teammates

Responsibilities

Build relationships & create trust for customers
Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and actively listening to ensure proper product selection
Be the vehicle expert. Know the features of the product offerings, optional packages, & latest technology
Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
Follow-up with buyers to secure the sale and ask for referral business
Learn to overcome objections/stalls and thrive in sales closing situations
Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
Achieve high Customer Satisfaction scores from Manufacturer surveys
