Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to work weekends and store hours
  • Sales experience preferred but not required — we’ll train you!

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle.
  • Conduct test drives to highlight features and performance.
  • Present financing and leasing options clearly and professionally.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms within dealership guidelines.
  • Maintain customer relationships through follow-ups, referrals, and repeat business.
  • Stay up to date on inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Complete accurate sales paperwork and collaborate with finance/service teams.
