The Automotive Sales Professional is responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers while driving sales of used vehicles. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing product recommendations, and assisting in the purchasing process to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain excellent relationships with customers.
  • Daily knowledge of used car inventory.
  • Keep abreast of features, conditions, and warranty status of used vehicle makes and models.
  • Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources.
  • Work with Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations.
  • Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and closing sales.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
