Requirements

Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
High level of self-motivation and a strong drive for success
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand and meet customer needs by recommending suitable vehicles
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our inventory and the latest automotive trends
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the dealership
Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
