Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge Set clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive dealership growth Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify opportunities Foster a positive, competitive, and customer-focused sales environment Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in sales management, preferably with Chevrolet / GM.
