Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of successful automotive sales management experience required
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, hold accountable, and develop a sales team
  • Strong working knowledge of dealership sales operations and F&I processes
  • Results-driven and self-motivated with a high-energy, assertive approach
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends

Nice To Haves

  • Used car buying and appraising experience a plus
  • Auto manufacturer master sales and/or management certifications a plus
  • College degree a plus

Responsibilities

  • Train, develop, and motivate a professional sales team to achieve targeted unit sales and profit margins
  • Desk deals and develop a winning strategy for every transaction to maximize profitability
  • Ensure every customer receives an exceptional purchase experience from first contact to delivery
  • Oversee all deal paperwork and ensure accuracy and compliance with local standards
  • Monitor sales performance and provide real-time coaching and accountability to the team
  • Collaborate with the General Manager on forecasting, inventory management, and market strategy
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager
