Requirements

Minimum of five years as an automotive pre-owned / used car sales manager.
Experience with luxury vehicles in a dealership environment.
New and used inventory control skills.
Excellent training, desking and internet sales process success
Use current technologies to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Experience in maintaining the profitability of a department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Management personnel require strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors, as they represent the dealership.
AUTOMOTIVE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
