About The Position

Fast-growing automotive Dealership, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experience and building long-term relationships with our community. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hybrid Sales/Finance Manager to join our leadership team. This is a unique role combining sales leadership with finance/insurance (F&I) management, perfect for a high-performing individual who can drive results and manage profitability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales management and/or finance management (at least 3–5 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and F&I products.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a team while also closing deals directly.
  • Knowledge of dealership CRM and DMS systems a plus.
  • Must be self-motivated, goal-driven, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Structure, present, and secure financing and insurance options for customers.
  • Build strong lender relationships and maintain compliance with all regulations.
  • Manage the sales process from initial customer contact through closing and delivery.
  • Oversee deal structures, review paperwork, and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Drive profitability through effective sales strategies, F&I product penetration, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with ownership/management to establish best practices and implement dealership processes.
