Requirements

• Must have a VALID drivers license
• Must be 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred
• Must have entry-level computer skills
• Must be able to work mornings, nights, and Saturdays
• Excellent communication skills
• Automotive experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Answering inquiries with a quality response in a timely fashion
• Following up with customers by email, phone, text, and social media
• Scheduling appointments in CRM Database
• Making 40-70 calls and sending 40-70 emails a day on average
• Becoming a certified product specialist
• Demonstrating the product as well as performing a professional walk-around
• Entering new customers into the CRM Database
• Keeping up with product changes in our product line as well as the competition
• Knowing the different financing programs Ford offers
