Requirements

  • Sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive a plus)
  • Willing to train motivated candidates with the right attitude
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
  • Self-starter with a competitive spirit and a desire to succeed
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and a professional appearance
  • Strong work ethic and ability to follow a proven sales process
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership
  • Guide customers through the vehicle selection and sales process
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features and benefits
  • Help customers complete sales applications and paperwork
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on Hyundai vehicles and competitors
  • Keep the sales lot clean, organized, and well-merchandised
  • Build lasting relationships through excellent customer service
  • Follow up with leads and customers via phone, email, and text
  • Work with management to meet individual and team sales goals
