About The Position

Van Horn Hyundai of Sheboygan has an excellent opportunity for an Automotive Sales Consultant!! No experience is necessary and we offer a paid training program with a guaranteed compensation plan for the first sixty days of employment! This is a salaried plus commission position with unlimited earning potential! We are looking for energetic individuals who are comfortable being on camera, creating video content, and recording themselves to promote and advertise their inventory. If you enjoy engaging with customers both in person and digitally, this is a great opportunity to blend sales with content creation! Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Comfortable being recorded on video and creating content for marketing purposes

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

Write letters and emails to prospects, follow-up w/phone calls to make appointments and maintain log sheets
Sell new and used cars
Record videos and create engaging content to highlight inventory and dealership promotions
Ask current customers for referrals and develop network of independent sources
Continuous enhancement of product knowledge on all new/used vehicles
Establish monthly objectives with management
